All deposits and online payments at Novum Studio are non-refundable. No-shows will not receive a refund for the reserved appointment time.

 

Services Started or Completed
By booking and attending an appointment, the client agrees to the immediate commencement of the treatment and waives the right of withdrawal once the treatment has started or been completed.

 

Service Results Disclaimer
Results of Tooth Gems treatments may vary from person to person depending on the condition of the tooth enamel, oral health, previous dental treatments, lifestyle, and aftercare. Individual biological factors are beyond the control of the technician.

 

No Refund on Completed Services
Once a treatment has been completed, no refunds, partial refunds, or compensation will be provided based on personal preference, subjective dissatisfaction, or comparison with inspiration photos.

Reference photos are used for guidance only and do not guarantee an identical result.

Novum Studio is not responsible for any allergic reactions or complications resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client regarding medical history, previous treatments, or known sensitivities.
